We are dedicated to ensuring that good standards of privacy and dignity for hospital patients are in place. All bays in general ward areas at the hospital are single sex.
There are some areas in Critical Care, Intensive Treatment, High Dependency and the Medical Assessment Units where it is not always practical to care for patients separately.
We aim to keep mealtimes for patients as undisturbed as possible. However, relatives or friends who wish to assist with their meal are encouraged to do so.
Lunch 12.30pm - 1.30pm
Supper 5.50pm - 6.30pm
Please check with ward staff if there are any special provisions around visiting and bringing in flowers and plants.
