We provide a full range of services through six clinical business units:
Early in Life - including one of the most highly regarded maternity services in West London, an innovative Sexual Health service, Gynaecology and a popular Children and Young People’s service.

Medicine - This includes a busy Accident and Emergency department, highly rated Chronic Disease Management programmes incorporating key services such as diabetes, dermatology, haematology and a very successful acute physician led Medical Assessment Unit. We also provide Medical Day Care and are a centre of excellence for common cancers, with a day case Chemotherapy Suite.

Surgery - we undertake a range of surgical services – Orthopaedic, General Surgery including breast, colorectal, urology, ENT, paediatric surgery, surgical podiatry - and have an exceptionally well appointed theatres suite. This includes the West London Day Surgery Centre, a centre for surgery where patients can be home within 24 hours for an extended menu of procedures. We have an excellent Critical Care unit providing ITU/HDU beds.

Late in Life and Complex Care - This includes our Acute Stroke Unit, led from a nursing perspective by the Stroke Association Nurse of the Year 2007 and achieving all the SSA standards, our Older Peoples’ care wards and Rehabilitation. Considerable therapeutic input is provided through teams of in-house therapists.

Critical Care- Our critical care service has expanded over recent years and we are also one of three national sites piloting the Productive Theatre with the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement.

Clinical Support Services - This business unit supports front line services and includes pathology, imaging (X-ray), outpatients, health records and pharmacy. We are in the process of replacing our MRI scanner and adding other significant imaging equipment.
