The Stop Smoking Service based at West Middlesex Hospital offers help, support and medication to inpatients, outpatients, staff and visitors. Smokers are up to four times more likely to quit successfully with NHS support.
Inpatients wishing to give up smoking are seen on the ward during their stay by a Stop Smoking Specialist and are offered ongoing support after their discharge home. Nicotine Replacement Therapy is available on prescription during their stay.
Our Walk-in Clinic at West Middlesex Hospital runs every Wednesday between 4.45pm and 5.45pm in Outpatient Department 2 - Chest Clinic. No appointment is needed, just turn up!
The maternity walk-in clinic at Queen Mary’s Womens’ Health Unit for new mums, mums-to-be and partners has been moved to Feltham Health Centre and runs on Tuesdays between 4pm and 5pm.
