We provide a mixture of doctor and nurse led clinics Monday to Friday, including 3 evening clinics, an appointment service and 2 young people's clinics. At this clinic the following services are available:

Our walk in STI testing is a 'Quick Test' service. If you have symptoms, concerns or changes to your health please contact us to make an appointment or attend our clinic at West Middlesex Hospital in Isleworth.

This clinic does not provide a walk in service for patients with symptoms or signs of an infection. If you attend a walk in service an appointment to come back may have to be made. Please telephone for an appointment or attend our walk in services at Sexual Health West Middlesex Hospital.

Our walk in services operate on a first come first served basis.

All new patients must attend at least 30 minutes before the end of a clinic session in order to be seen.

When demand is much higher than anticipated clinics may close before the advertised time.

Depending on the reason for your visit, you may be in the clinic for up to 2 hours, please allow sufficient time when planning your visit.
The clinic is located five minute walk from Hounslow Central Underground Station (Piccadilly Line) and Hounslow Main Line Station (Waterloo to Reading Line). The clinic is also a five minute walk from all buses servicing Hounslow High Street including bus numbers, 237 and 117. Bus numbers 81, 203, 222, H32 and H98 stop two minutes walk from the clinic.
There is a pay and display car park at the Heart of Hounslow. It is recommended to allow two hours parking when attending the clinic.
