We provide one nurse led evening clinic a week offering the following services on a walk in basis:
Contraception / Family Planning
Please note: If you normally obtain your contraception from your GP Practice based at Chiswick Health Centre and would like to continue on the same treatment, please call our contraception number on 020 8630 3295 or check with the receptionist in advance to ensure the same treatment is available.
Sexual Health
Chiswick does not provide a service for people with symptoms or signs of an infection. Please visit our Sexual Health West Middlesex Hospital (by walk in or appointment) or Sexual Health Hounslow (by appointment) clinics.
Opening times are for men and women
This service is a walk in service, patients are must arrive at least 30 minutes before the end of the clinic session.
When demand is much higher than anticipated the service may close before the advertised time.
The clinic is a five minute walk from Turnham Green (District Line) Underground Station. All buses serving Chiswick High Road stop a two minute walk from the surgery, including bus numbers, 237, 267, 440.
