Welcome to the Sexual Health Hounslow Website
Sexual Health Hounslow is a contraception, family planning and sexual health service managed by West Middlesex University Hospital covering towns in the London Borough of Hounslow, including:
CYTOLOGY/ SMEAR CLINICS
We now offer smear testing at Chiswick, Feltham and Hounslow. Please call 020 8630 3295 to make an appointment. Please note we can only carry out a smear if you have had your recall letter.
Our main Sexual Health Centre is located in Isleworth at West Middlesex University Hospital, offering the widest range of sexual health and HIV services. Our main Contraception & Family Planning Centre is located in central Hounslow at the Heart of Hounslow Centre for Health, providing the widest range of contraceptive services.
We also provide basic STI screening and contraceptive services in the community at a range of outreach NHS settings. Using the menu on the left, select your preferred clinic to find out what it offers.

Sexual Health

Rapid HIV testing (in 20 minutes)

We provide most services on a walk in, first come first served basis. Appointments are available at West Middlesex Hospital and Heart of Hounslow for men and women requesting sexual health/STI screening, individuals with genital symptoms, and women requesting an implant, IUD or IUS. Appointments are available at Feltham Centre for Health for women requesting an implant or IUD.

If you wish to discuss any sexual health matter or would like further information or advice please phone the sexual health number and request to speak to a health adviser. Alternatively you can email us at wmu-tr.healthadvisers@nhs.net (this email cannot be used to book appointments). We aim to repond to your messages within 48 hours (not including weekends and bank holidays).
All our patients are required to register with us to use the service. Your information is kept confidential and information about your visit is not shared without your permission. To reduce your waiting time the registration form is available below to download, print off and bring to the clinic. Alternatively you can complete the form when you attend.
We have a multidisciplinary team, including; specialist nurses and doctors in contraception and sexual health, sexual health advisers and support staff.
