We recognise that sometimes people may wish to complain about their experiences here. We take complaints very seriously and will endeavour to investigate and respond to your concerns professionally and promptly.
We have leaflets, which will give you information about how the NHS complaints procedure works and how to go about making a complaint.
If you have any concerns or problems, the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) will work with you to try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. You can contact PALS by email: pals.service@wmuh.nhs.uk or by calling 020 8321 6261.
If PALS is unable to solve your problem, staff will help you access the complaints procedure.
