West Middlesex Hospital is an acute hospital in Isleworth, West London. We serve a local population of around 400,000 people covering the London Boroughs of Hounslow, Richmond upon Thames and surrounding boroughs. Our local commissioners of acute services are Hounslow and Richmond & Twickenham Primary Care Trusts.
We also provide services to local residents in association with: The Brompton Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital, The Royal Marsden Foundation Trust, Chelsea and Westminster Foundation Trust, North West London Hospitals, Ealing Hospital and the Hammersmith and Charing Cross sites of Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust.
Employing some 1,800 people, the hospital has around 400 beds. The Trust has an annual budget in excess of £148 million, and has a rolling programme of investment in the latest equipment and technology. West Middlesex has an impressive record: we perform well in comparative assessments of clinical performance.
We recognise that part of the strength of the Trust is the dedication and commitment shown by everyone who works here. As a teaching hospital, we understand that we need to support all members of our staff in their personal development, whether that be through clinical qualifications or otherwise. Above all, West Middlesex is an extremely friendly place to work.
